Brad Eu, owner and founder of Eu
Entertainment, founded the company
in 2002. Unlike other production companies, where small clients
were being treated as somehow “less important”
than larger clients, Brad decided that his company would provide
one-on-one, personal, highly professional service to EVERY
client. With a dedication to
this value and principle Brad built Eu
Entertainment into the most
accommodating and versatile production company in the country.
Now with a growing staff and services such
as HD shooting and editing,
lighting, audio
and more Eu Entertainment has
become a one-stop-shop for producing custom, targeted multimedia
designed to fit the needs of the client. And no matter how
big the company grows it still maintains Brad's original dedication
to a personal relationship in which all clients, big and small,
are treated with respect.
Eu Entertainment
is also the place for independent filmmakers to make their
visions into reality. With a full compliment of shooting and
editing equipment in a myriad of formats, Eu
Entertainment is the most valuable resource in a filmmakers
toolbox. Whether a project needs a writer, a Director of Photography,
an editor, director, producer… your need is our demand.
At Eu Entertainment
we make your vision our own.
1. Who will be involved in my project from
your firm?
We often assign at least three specialists
to your project: a PRODUCER,
a VIDEOGRAPHER, and an EDITOR.
- A PRODUCER
is responsible for the final product. He or she provides
high-level creative vision, organizes all logistical aspects
of the job, writes or commissions a script (if needed),
obtains talent/props/locations, and manages the team.
- The VIDEOGRAPHER
provides seasoned, quality camerawork, whether in a studio
or on location.
- An EDITOR
works at a digital editiong station, electronically merging
together all video, photographic, audio and music assets
into one seamless production.
These specialists work with you closely,
making sure that you get the high quality product you want
within your budget. And you’ll never have to wonder
who that guy behind the camera is.
2. Why should I choose Eu Entertainment
over the other guys?
There are a lot of production and marketing
firms out there and you have no shortage of choices for who
you will use. Choosing someone to handle your production is,
really, making the decision to trust them with your project.
At Eu Entertainment we understand
that your project, whether it be a broadcast
commercial, an online video
or an independent film, has
to create results for you. It has to move your targeted audience,
make a statement, and even inspire the viewer. So you’ll
get more than a collection of beautiful, well-edited shots
from us. Our professionals contribute to your strategies,
branding, and marketing and we take every step necessary to
give you a production that targets your audience with your
message.
3. How can I view drafts of my project?
Can you send it to me over e-mail or the Internet?
Yes!
Everyone is busy and no one has time to
wait for snail-mail to deliver a project for review. And multiple
revisions would require even MORE lag time! So Eu
Entertainment uploads drafts of your project to secure
links online and alerts you when they’re ready to view.
You never have to leave your office or home (unless you’d
just like to slip out for an Espresso).
Of course, if you prefer a more face-to-face
editing experience you may feel free to view your project
in the intimate and comfortable setting of the Eu
Entertainment offices. All the comforts of home with
the added bonus of large projection screens, video monitors
and a courteous and friendly staff to meet all of your needs.
4. Are revisions (changes we want to make
to drafts of our project) included in your quote?
Many video production firms include one
round of “reasonable” client requests for edits/changes
in their upfront bids. But if a client makes significant changes
in video strategy or tactics after the first draft of videos
are created (“Oh my gosh! We forgot to interview Jane
Smith!” or “Instead of highlighting our prices,
let’s focus on our high quality customer service”),
production houses need to charge extra for unanticipated re-work
on your project. Ask your prospective video producers how
they handle revisions. After all, each project is a little
different and we understand that sometimes things just happen.
5. Will you check in with us during production
to make sure the project is on track?
Yes!
Good communication is important in
any business but it’s especially important when it comes
to making sure your project stays true to your vision and
goals. We like to set up a schedule of “check points,”
set times and dates when you can expect an update on the progress
of your project. This helps us to stay in line with what you
had in mind, and to make course corrections as needed. Your
account manager will work with you to decide the best time
frame for the project and when you will be updated on progress.
